About us

We are a team of medical students from the Duke-NUS Medical School. We aim to increase awareness of pediatric brain tumours in Singapore. We are heading into our third Pediatric Brain Tumour Awareness (PBTA) day in Singapore this year.

Do you know?

Cancer is the most common cause of death in children in Singapore and holds a mortality rate of 30%. Brain tumours are the second most common malignancy in children. Affected children and families in Singapore face distinct challenges that come with the disease. These include a lack of relevant medical knowledge, financial assistance and public awareness in the community. Join us at our event to learn more about pediatric brain tumour.
